How your order gets to you, and what to do if something is wrong.
Delivery
- free delivery on orders over K1500
- R95 flat rate on orders under R1000
- Unbranded stock: 2 to 4 working days
- Branded orders: 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval
Tracking your order
Once an order leaves the warehouse you will get a tracking reference by email. If you have not received one within three working days, contact us with your order number.
Returns
- Unbranded stock can be returned within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging
- Branded items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly branded
- Faulty goods are replaced or refunded once inspected
How to return something
Email us with your order number, the product code and a photo if the item is damaged. We will confirm the return and arrange collection.
