Can I get my logo on these products?
Most items can be branded with embroidery, screen printing, pad printing or engraving. Branding is quoted separately from the product price, based on the method, number of colours and quantity.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Unbranded stock can be ordered in small quantities. Branded orders usually have a minimum, which depends on the branding method for that product.
Are the prices on the site final?
Prices come straight from the supplier and exclude branding, delivery outside the free threshold, and VAT where applicable. Prices refresh daily.
How long does delivery take?
Unbranded stock usually ships within 2 to 4 working days. Branded orders depend on artwork approval and the branding queue, normally 7 to 10 working days.
Can I return an item?
Unbranded stock can be returned within 30 days in its original packaging. Branded items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you keep everything in stock?
Stock levels move daily. If something you need is short, we will tell you the expected date or suggest the closest alternative.
