The rules that apply when you use this site.
Orders are confirmed by email or phone before anything is produced or shipped.
Products and pricing
- Products, pictures and prices come from our supplier and can change without notice
- Prices exclude branding, and exclude delivery below the free-delivery threshold
- Stock is not reserved by adding something to your cart
Orders
- An order is only confirmed once we send written confirmation
- Branded orders need written artwork approval before production starts
- We may cancel an order if stock runs out, and will tell you as soon as we know
Returns
Unbranded stock may be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Branded goods cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly branded. Full detail is on the Delivery & Returns page.
Using this site
- Do not copy the product data for resale as a data product
- Do not attempt to break, overload or misuse the site
